Return & Exchange Policy

At Thistle & Sage Boutique, we want you to love what you ordered! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make the return process simple and straightforward. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth return or exchange experience.

Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • With tags still attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Once we receive your returned item and it is inspected, we will issue you an IN-STORE CREDIT for the value of the return.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is damaged, defective, or you’ve received the wrong item, contact us immediately at thistleandsageboutique@gmail.com. We’ll quickly evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Intimate items (bodysuits)
  • Accessories (jewelry, sunglasses, hats, etc.)
  • Sale items

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order for your desired product. Once we’ve processed your return, you’ll receive an in-store credit to use for a new purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of its status. If your return is approved, we’ll send you an online credit via the email address used at checkout. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return after it’s been delivered.

Lost Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
